Pure Yoga

Pure Yoga – Anna teaches yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, with the breath being the central feature of the practice. This is the traditional teaching of yoga, which emphasises tailoring the practice to the individual. Classes include postures, breathing exercises and meditation, plus the tools to create and maintain an effective daily yoga practice at home. Wednesday evenings in school terms. Bookings are per term as there are no casual visits.
